Description

The BS-8DS medium-duty dual swivel head metal cutting band saw offers great value for money. The major points of this machine are the swivel head, four-blade speeds, adjustable feed rate, and built-in coolant system.
This is an excellent machine choice for maintenance shops, medium steel fabricators, and engineering workshops.

205mm round, 215mm x 200mm (W x H) rectangular capacity at 90 degrees
143mm round, 143mm x 115mm (W x H) rectangular capacity at 45 degrees
±45º swivel head for easy angle cutting without moving material
Adjustable hydraulic feed cutting rate for multiple applications
Built-in coolant system with flow control valve for maximum cutting efficiency
Limit switch stops machine when cut is complete
Blade roller guides provides accurate cutting
4-speed pulley drive system enabling 24-41-61-82mpm cutting speeds
Adjustable length stop for repetition cutting
