Description

The new Metalmaster EWBT-40 is the perfect addition to any metal shaper’s workshop, ideal for small or narrow jobs where a larger English wheel can’t reach right to the edge. Built with 8 mm thick steel side frames, it’s a solid and reliable performer.

The frame can be bench-mounted using the base feet or clamped in a vice, giving you the flexibility to set it up quickly and store it away when not in use. With a 400 mm throat, it provides ample working room while remaining compact and easy to handle. Capable of shaping mild steel up to 1.0 mm (20 gauge), it’s a versatile machine that punches above its weight.

The upper wheel and seven lower anvils are hardened to 45–50 HRC, ensuring durability and a long service life. A standout feature of this model is the pivoting wheels, which rotate 90° to sit parallel with the frame—making it much easier to handle longer projects.
